Hoffman Estates Surgery Center is located on the campus of St. Alexius Medical Center in Doctors Building Three, Lower Level. When you arrive on the St. Alexius Medical Center Campus, follow the blue directional signage to Doctors Building Three.

Complimentary Valet Service 

Please use the complimentary valet service. Follow the blue directional signage to Doctors Building Three. The valet service is adjacent to Doctors Building Three at Entrance #1.

For many people surgery can be overwhelming, so let us park your car for you.  When your procedure is finished, our professional valet staff will bring your car to our covered, private discharge exit. We want you to relax and let us take care of you.

The valet staff will direct you to enter Doctors Building Three. Please take the elevator to the Lower Level. Turn right when you exit out of the elevator.

If you choose not to valet park, please park in Parking Lot P3, in front of Doctors Building Three.
